Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for refunds under the following circumstances:

To request a refund, send an email to info@goffix.com within 5 days of service. Use the subject line: “Job Reference #-Complaint Category”.

The complaint will be registered within 24 hours, and the final status shared within 7 working days. If approved, the refund will be credited to your GOFFIX wallet within 48 hours (excluding holidays). GOFFIX reserves the right to approve or deny claims after reviewing job records.

Note: Refunds are only applicable to online payments.
